1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://etaxnexus.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it (the “Services”), operated by Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (“eTaxNexus”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. What Our Services Are — and Are Not

eTaxNexus provides tax information, assessment, and professional coordination services. Specifically, we help clients understand their potential US tax obligations in general terms, prepare written situation assessments, and introduce clients to independent, licensed tax professionals (such as CPAs and IRS Enrolled Agents).

We are not a licensed accounting firm, law firm, or registered tax return preparer, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Nothing on the Site or in our assessments constitutes professional advice or creates an accountant–client or attorney–client relationship. Tax preparation, filing, and representation before tax authorities are performed exclusively by the independent licensed professionals with whom you separately engage.

3. Independent Professionals

The professionals we introduce are independent contractors or firms, not our employees, agents, or partners. Your engagement with any professional is a separate contract between you and them. While we vet network members for licensure and expat specialization, we do not supervise their work and are not responsible for the services they provide, their advice, their fees, or the outcomes of any filing.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your situation;
• Make your own decisions about whether and how to act on information received;
• Verify important matters with qualified professionals and official sources before acting;
• Meet your own filing deadlines and legal obligations — reminders we send are a courtesy, not a guarantee;
• Use the Site lawfully and refrain from misusing, scraping, or attempting to disrupt it.

5. Fees and Payment

Our own services (such as the written assessment) are offered at fixed fees quoted in writing before work begins. Fees for professional preparation are quoted separately by the professional you engage. Unless stated otherwise in writing, our fees are payable in advance and, once a deliverable has been provided, are non-refundable. We may receive referral compensation from network professionals; this never increases the price you pay.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, and materials we prepare — is owned by or licensed to Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Written assessments are for your personal use and may be shared with your advisers.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Tax laws, thresholds, deadlines, and procedures change frequently and vary by individual circumstances; we make no warranty that information on the Site is complete, current, or applicable to your situation. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.
